With his analytical mind he brings the business side to the label. An avid tattoo collector he has many and plans to continue adding to his collection. He is also a bonafide music geek knowing as much about music and musicians as others do about sports trivia. By keeping his ear to the ground he stays up with the current trends and knows what people are looking for.
